- Content Usage: The contents of this website, including workshop titles, descriptions, and information, may not be copied, duplicated, or presented by others as their own.
- Changes: Emma O’s School of Etiquette reserves the right to adjust or change the Terms and Conditions and this Website without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to stay informed about the latest Terms and Conditions by regularly visiting this Website.
- Website Availability: Users acknowledge that the website may be temporarily unavailable for any reason. Efforts will be made to restore functionality promptly. Emma O's School of Etiquette is not liable for any extended periods of unavailability.
The Workshops
- Virtual Workshops: All virtual workshops by Emma O’s School of Etiquette are conducted via Zoom.
- Camera Policy: Participants are required to keep their cameras on for the entire duration of the workshop.
- Recording: For quality improvement purposes only, workshops may occasionally be recorded, and the instructor will notify participants in advance before recording. The recording will not be shared with workshop participants.
- Registration: Workshops are for registered participants only. Registration is non-transferable.
- Log-in Information: Participants are not permitted to share workshop login information. All participants must add their names upon logging in.
- Interaction Level: Some workshops are highly interactive; refer to each workshop description for details. Completion of workshops does not guarantee mastery, as learning outcomes depend on various factors.
- Course Handouts: There are no handouts, manuals, e-books or the like. Participants are strongly encouraged to take notes during the workshop.
Code of Conduct
- Attendance: Participants are expected to be punctual and attend the workshop for its entire duration.
- Refunds and Early Departure: Refunds are not issued for participants leaving early. Requests for credit must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of early workshop departure. Requests for credit will be considered if the participant left before completing 1/3 of the workshop time and if they left early due to an emergency.
- Respect and Language: Participants are expected to be respectful to the instructor and fellow participants. Foul language is not acceptable and may result in a warning or dismissal from the workshop.
- Zero Tolerance: Yelling, insults, or similar behavior will not be tolerated, and participants engaging in such conduct will be dismissed from the workshop and their registration will be forfeited.
Hours of Operation
- Workshops are scheduled during the hours of operation listed on the Website.
- In rare instances, private workshops may be scheduled outside regular hours.
- Emma O’s School of Etiquette reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice.
